Dr. Ingrid Parent, member of the PERSIST Programma Committee on behalf of IFLA, will be the guest speaker at the next Wallot-Sylvestre Seminar, held at Library and Archives Canada’s in Ottawa on 19 April 2017, between 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Parent will present the work of PERSIST in her presentation entitled, “Play it again Sam! An international response to digital amnesia”. This presentation is part of Library and Archives Canada’s Wallot-Sylvestre Seminar series. These seminars provide opportunities for Canadian and international leaders and strategic thinkers to share their ideas on topics in information science, librarianship, archival science, and history.
